REMINDER: Bishop has asked that as ward members, we plan to attend Sacrament Meeting on Sunday, May 2. Due to a new church calling, Bro. Watkins will be released from our ward bishopric that afternoon. Please come to show your appreciation and support for all he has done for us. :)


GRACIA JONES, the Great, Great Granddaughter of Joseph and Emma Smith speaking on "EMMA SMITH" for the Friday Night Tabernacle Fireside, May 7th at 7:00pm

Gracia Jones is a renowned historian on the life of Emma Smith and has lectured on her life for many years. This will be a unique opportunity for our members and even non-members.

"MOVING PIONEER STORIES in ART", at Visitors' Center Exhibit starts May 15th (and continues for 3 weeks) featuring the art of JULIE ROGERS.

Julie's art has been prominently and repeatedly featured in the publications of the Church, including numerous pioneer paintings and Joseph and Emma Smith. She also recently completed the huge Santa Clara Mural in the Santa Clara Town Hall.

Julie passionately portrays pioneers and their sacrifices as well as triumphs. Her works are truly masterful and inspiring.

No "WHY I BELIEVE" Fireside on May 16th due to the use of the Tabernacle for Seminary Graduation. President and Sister Neil Pitts of the Provo Utah Mission will be the June 20th speakers.

Wednesday, May 5th, 7:00pm - Southern Utah Dixie Children's Choir - a talented group providing an uplifting and memorable evening.

Friday, May 7th, 12:15pm - Adam Hansen and Jadon Webster - this is a highly talented local duo on the organ/piano and vocalist.

Saturday, May 8th, 7:00pm - Sotto Voce Strings - a Salt Lake based ensemble group playing Bach for his 235th Birthday.
